Consumer Insights Specialist
“Why? Why? Why?” When he was a kid, Matt must have driven his parents nuts – and now that he’s grown up, he’s made asking questions a career. As an L&S Consumer Insights Specialist, he’s responsible for coordinating and implementing research projects, ongoing market intelligence for client industries and trends, and more. Basically, he asks the questions to uncover the answers that drive the strategy necessary for success. Prior to joining L&S, Matt worked for the University of South Dakota Graduate School and Division of Continuing and Distance Education as a recruitment coordinator, where he helped create recruitment strategies and ensured the division met its enrollment goals. A true Coyote, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Master’s degree in Communications from USD. He’s a huge fan of NBA basketball – especially the Chicago Bulls, even during the Tim Floyd years.
