Here’s the bottom line: Jess knows people. Specifically, our people. As Human Resources Manager, Jess helps our team with employee relations, recruitment, internal communication, benefits and more. Plus, she's an ace at accounting and business analysis on the side. Prior to joining L&S, Jess worked as an internal auditor for the City of Sioux Falls and at the Lutheran Social Services Center for Financial Resources. She earned her BS degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and Psychology from Southwest Minnesota State University.
