USA Triathlon Email Strategy
USA Triathlon communicates with thousands of athletes for events, training information and more. So when they needed a revamped email strategy and design, they turned to L&S.
Our team dove in with a full email audit, looking at conversions, content and more to help define goals and direction for the new email strategy. We then developed a content strategy, wireframes and a new, responsive email design to reflect the driven, professional look of USAT. This strategy included options for dynamic content based on each athlete's profile, personalized content and even advertiser opportunities for USAT partners. Our development team also worked with USAT to execute email set-up, programming and deployment of the new design.
