Digital loyalty program brings big returns
Taco John’s customers are the best in the world. They’re fanatical about the food, environment and hometown nostalgia associated with the brand, and they love to share it. Especially online.
To unite and mobilize these digital maniacs, Taco John’s launched the My Town Mania online loyalty program in July 2010. We release fun missions, which usually involve taking photos or video of menu items, hometown landmarks or performing special tricks. Our fans complete them to earn points. With more points comes a better status and awesome rewards like free food and swag.

Results
So far, we have over 4,000 missions completed by fans via Facebook or their phones, giving us a total of 57,878 My Town Maniacs in just one year. Tasty.
