Responsibilities include:

• Help develop strategic direction to achieve client goals.
• Concept, collaborate and design for all media forms (print, broadcast, online, mobile, out-of-home, events and anything else you can dream up).
• Deliver superior creative work that’s on target, on time and on budget.
• Establish confidence, trust and build a collaborative environment with your team and client contacts.

Job Qualifications:

• At least eight years industry experience and a portfolio that demonstrates expertise across both traditional and digital/interactive media.
• Proven capacity to work at a strategic and conceptual level with recognized brands.
• The ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a tight-knit team - chemistry is just as important as talent at L&S.
• Previous high-level client contact and solid presentation skills.
• Strong technical skills and a willingness to be hands-on every day.
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions, timelines and deliverables.
• Must be organized, passionate and relentless about doing work that makes an impact and moves people to action.
• Enthusiasm, curiosity and resilience.
