Most embarrassing moment?
Far too many to pick one favorite, but going backwards off the podium at the National Fitness Expo in Atlanta ranked right at the top. It happened right during the high point of my presentation on "the future of the industry."

Marketing Philosophy?
I firmly believe that all successful marketing initiatives must be CEO driven. All stakeholders must be communicated to, and measurement for success must be established prior to starting.
