Ernest Shackleton ran a single ad - just 26 words of copy - recruiting men for a polar expedition by promising only hardship and danger. Thousands applied. THAT is compelling advertising.

Favorite quote?
"You can't bore anyone into buying your product." - David Ogilvy. He may be dead, but he's still right.

Marketing Philosophy?
Know what you are and what you aren't. Speak truth to that. Everything else is execution.
