Price and Services Guide
Situation:
The FCC requires that Midcontinent provide an annual price and service guide to all of their customers. Since Midcontinent serves over 240,000 customers in 200 communities, this isn’t an easy task. Making this task even more difficult is the fact that not every community has all services or the same pricing.

Solution:
Midcontinent called upon Lawrence & Schiller to help them comply with this new FCC regulation. The L&S team immediately went to work looking for similarities across communities and ways that services could be clearly communicated to customers.
Result:
A several page branding piece was developed that communicated current services and encouraged customers to upgrade to even better service. Pricing pages were easily customized and specially coded to meet the needs of differing markets.
